How long do refunds and gift cards take?

Change-of-mind returns are refunded as a gift card only. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing, you can choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Is there a fee for change-of-mind returns?
Yes, a flat $14.95 restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, deducted from the value of your gift card. There's no fee for faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing item claims — those are resolved at our cost.
