Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Stackers gift cards can be purchased directly on our Site in a range of denominations. They're delivered by email as a unique code, ready to use at checkout.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Enter your gift card code in the “Discount code or gift card” field at checkout. You can use more than one gift card on the same order, and if your order total is more than your balance, simply pay the difference with another payment method.
Does my gift card expire?
Yes — in line with the Australian Consumer Law, all Stackers gift cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of issue. The expiry date is included in your gift card email.
Are there any fees on gift cards?
No — there are no fees to purchase, activate, hold or redeem a Stackers gift card.
I received a gift card after a return — is it different to one I bought?
No, a gift card issued after an approved change-of-mind return works exactly the same way as a purchased gift card, including the same 3-year minimum expiry. See the Returns & Refunds section above for how gift cards are issued after a return.
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
Gift cards can't be redeemed or refunded for cash, except where required by law.
I haven't received my gift card, or think it's been lost. What do I do?
Please treat your gift card code like cash. If you haven't received an email with your code, or believe it's gone missing before it reached you, contact us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Enter your gift card code at checkout to see the remaining balance, or contact us at [email protected] and we'll check it for you.
